Road construction condition$ 2025?/26|

Here just on a rail replacement bus traveling along what seamsz like a freeway or newly made or getting upgradedd maybe finance cyphin neccessity though how would one make it better for those doing the work ( and not just not making whores/z of their wives! ) so I was thinking ,,,,,,,

Maybe iv like the library internet computer terminal "hotseat" idea & how factorysz should or could adopt such maybe iv there was a "spotting/on call/staff waiting area room space of m² of the factory floor to attend and restand and take over a work station when someone has had their time wanting elsewhere and forfeit their workstation position for that day or night and clock off from their own (of a 24/7 constantly operating factory) tailored work shift & yeah,

..the construction road rebuildersz or just road freeway highway road bitchumem layersz etc how could it be made reality for a 24/7 constant works that has self chosen work hoursz or attendance and not mess with the fact there has to be all at one time a specific defineate amount of labouring workers on site at any given time to allow and make reality the whatever getting constructed getsz constructedd and not at a financial loss of the work provider that I inmagine usually are financedd money $ fundedd from government & the infinite inflatable RBA banknote printworksz & inmaginary electronic bank heistman staff..
